Data actually processed on this website

The website democratia.io does not use any third-party analytics tool, any advertising pixel or any user profiling mechanism. The only cookie set by the website is a first-party technical cookie (lang) that stores your language preference; it contains no personal data.

Minimal technical data is processed by the host (Cloudflare, Inc.) for security and service operation: IP address, timestamp, user-agent, server logs. This data is processed in accordance with Cloudflare's privacy policy .

Newsletter form

The email field displayed on the website is currently a user interface component. As of the date of this policy update, it does not transmit any data to a server via the website itself.

If a newsletter service is activated later, this policy will be updated to specify the purposes, legal basis, retention periods, processors and unsubscribe procedures.

Legal basis

The processing of technical security and operational data is based on the legitimate interest of the publisher (Article 6.1.f GDPR).
